About Hey Mentor
Hey Mentor (HM) is a Seattle-based college mentorship nonprofit organization that was founded by Kevin Truong in 2017. Kevin saw an opportunity to use technology and social media to support students in preparing for and applying to college. Our program fosters intentional connections between mentors and students who come from similar backgrounds and pursue similar career interests. To date, HM has served over 1,000 students from over 60 high schools in King County and we continue to be one of the most accessible college mentorship organization in the region.
